I’m Natalia Drault, co-founder of LEAF, with a strong background in management and leadership across national, regional, and international organizations. I’m based in Argentina and focus on global project and resource management, with a strong emphasis on developing management tools built on consensus at national, regional, and international levels.
My experience spans areas such as climate change, energy efficiency, environmental impact assessment, environmental risk management, as well as social responsibility and environmental communication.
I’m Ignacio Barutta, co-founder of LEAF. After several years working in the fields of Climate Change and Sustainability, I co-founded LEAF, a Climate Tech company that helps organizations measure, reduce, and report their carbon footprint in a simple and transparent way.
At LEAF, we believe that managing climate impact should not be complex or limited to large corporations. Our platform combines technology and expert support to empower companies of any size to lead the transition toward a low-carbon economy.

I’m Mercedes Gagliostro, Environmental Science graduate from the University of Buenos Aires, with professional experience in the environmental sector.
I currently support organizations in measuring and managing their carbon footprint. I’m motivated by working on innovative projects that generate a positive environmental impact.
I’m Augusto Correa, with 10 years of experience in consulting and the tourism industry, where I worked on various front-end and back-end projects such as GDSs, CRMs, rule engines, adapters, business logic, UIs, and more.
I have experience with development best practices such as unit testing, TDD, well-documented software, code reviews, and continuous improvement and integration. I work with methodologies such as waterfall, agile (SCRUM), and OKRs.

Integration with the Argentine Carbon Exchange
Accessible carbon credits within the platform
We signed an agreement with the Argentine Carbon Exchange to integrate the purchase and sale of credits directly within LEAF.
This allows organizations to offset emissions and manage their climate strategy without leaving the platform.
